KE MANA HILANG KAPAL TLDM?

1.   INTRO

2.   DI MANA TAHAP KEUPAYAAN KUJURUTERAAN PEMBUATAN MALAYSIA SEHINGGA TAHUN 2022?

a.   Kilang Pemasangan Motosikal dengan jenama MODENAS untuk jualan dalam Malaysia merupakan Kilang Pemasangan Motosikal Jepun KAWASAKI. Rakyat Malaysia di kalangan Jurutera Industri tahu, kita belum mampu membina MOTOSIKAL Jenama Kita sendiri. Belum mampu buat Enjin Motosikal sendiri.

b.   Kilang PROTON? Kini PROTON masih lagi beroperasi MEMASANG Kereta Jenama Negara lain sahaja. Kita sampai hari ini BELUM MAMPU BUAT KERETA MADE IN MALAYSIA 100%.

Sehingga hari ini PERODUA seperti PROTON, belum mampu membina kereta Made in Malaysia secara mutlak,

g.   Kita tidak perlu berbahasa ketat dan padat, untuk mengaku secara jujur bahawa kita belum mampu membina sebarang jentera berat “Made In Malaysia” secara tersirat dan tersurat.

3.   SISTEM E-PEROLEHAN DI BAWAH PENTADBIRAN NAJIB RAZAK?

4.   LEBIH RM6 BILION TELAH DIBAYAR PENUH OLEH KERAJAAN KEPADA SYARIKAT YANG DIANUGERAHKAN PROJEK SECARA RUNDINGAN TERUS INI.

Meminjam kata-kata seorang veteran tentera pencen, NAK BUAT MOTOSIKAL JENAMA SENDIRI PUN TAK MAMPU, ADA HATI NAK BINA KAPAL.

c.   Cadangan saya: adalah lebih murni kaedahnya jika Syarikat tempatan yang mendapat tawaran rundingan terus ini dikehendaki mencari rakan kejuruteraan perniagaan bertaraf antarabangsa seperti Kumpulan Daewoo Engineering (sekadar contoh) dan sebagainya, Dengan lain perkataan, “Smart Partnership with International Shipping Engineering Company with Strong background in Competency, Financing, Capability and excellent in project progress deliverables track record.

d.   Bayangkan dengan Wang RM6 Bil tersebut, sebanyak RM4 Bil dimasukkan ke dalam Hong Kong Investment Market. Keuntungan 100% selepas 2 tahun matang.

f.     Jawab Pakcik veteran tentera, mudah puak-puak ni menipu kita.

5.   PENUTUP

SEKIAN TERIMA KASIH.

THE MALAYSIA NAVY INVISBLE SHIP: RM6 BIL PEOPLE'S MONEY TROWNED AWAY BY THE BARBARIANS POLITICIAN?

PAC: MINDEF & BOUSTEAD IGNORED THE NAVY’S VIEWS ON LCS PROJECT

1.    PAC chief Wong Kah Woh says the initial Sigma model ships chosen by the navy were approved by the defense ministry before a recommendation by Boustead Naval Shipyard led to a change in design.

2.    The defense ministry and Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd (BNS) had ignored the navy’s views on the littoral combat ship (LCS) project, says Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC).

3.    At a press conference, PAC chairman Wong Kah Woh said the initial Sigma model ships chosen by the navy were approved by the defense ministry.

4.    However, he said this was changed to the Gowind design on July 11, 2011, after BNS recommended it to the then defense minister three days earlier.

5.    “To quote the then navy chief Abdul Aziz Jaafar at the time, ‘something was gravely wrong with that decision,” said the Ipoh Timur MP.

6.    UMNO President Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, who was among the top officials summoned by the PAC, was the defense minister in 2011.

7.    The others summoned included current defense minister Hishammuddin Hussein, defense ministry secretary-general Muez Abd Aziz, former auditor-general Ambrin Buang, current navy chief Mohd Reza Sany and BNS’ CEO and chief operating officer.

8.    Wong pointed out that not a single ship had been completed although RM6 billion had been spent by Putrajaya over the project given to BNS via direct negotiations.

9.    He said the navy should have received five of the ships by August.

10.  He also said the PAC found that the government had failed in its duty to carry out due diligence on BNS’ financial problems.

11. This was proven when the government had to make an advance payment of up to RM1.36 billion to BNS, going against a Treasury circular which was in force at that time,” he said.

12.  He said BNS’ financial position was in a weak and critical state, due to abuse of power and deficiencies in its financial management.

13. “As of 2018, BNS’ debt to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) amounted to RM801 million, while its loans from financial institutions stood at RM956 million,” he said.

14.  Wong also said the terms of the contract were unfavorable to the government, as the LCS project payments were based on activity progress or item supply instead of being based on actual progress.

15.  He added that even the ship’s design had yet to be finalized by the government and BNS, causing the continuous release of variation orders (VOs), which left room for manipulation.

16 .  Wong said BNS’ payments to the government were not entirely used for the LCS project, resulting in a cost overrun of RM1.4 billion.

17.  Of that sum, a total of RM400 million was used to settle the debts from the old New Generational Patrol Vessel (NGPV) project, while equipment kept in storage is estimated at RM1.7 billion, with an estimated 15% (of the equipment) already obsolete.”

18. The PAC chief urged the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission to take immediate action over its findings, calling for prosecutions to be expedited.

19.  He also called for the governance, procurement, and finance investigation committee’s (JKSTUPKK) report on the procurement of the six ships to be fully declassified

20.  Wong also suggested that the defense ministry be required to present a progress report to the PAC on the LCS project every three months until its completion, while substantive procurement planning is periodically presented to a special select committee.

21. “The defense ministry needs to review all (its) options and determine the best direction for the LCS project, to ensure that public funds are spent responsibly,” he said.

BARISAN NASIONAL 2.0 MENUJU PRU 15 TANPA NAJIB & ZAHID

BARISAN NASIONAL 2.0 MENUJU PRU 15 TANPA NAJIB & ZAHID

8 Jun 2022

Sahabatku Haji Ir Shim,

Setiausaha Agung tak tahu apa Skop Tugasnya sehingga Pemilihan Parti gagal diadakan mengikut Perlembagaan.

Sahabatku Haji Ir Shim,

“Malaysia is very good Country because of  Mahathir….this man is super genius leader” Kata Pak Arab itu dengan selamba, seraya mengarahkan aku menuju ke “VVIP Lane”.

The Top 50 Leaders in the world. Pilih seorang.

“Saudara, saya kenal Tun Dr Mahathir.

“SEORANG PUTRA RAJA YANG BERJAYA” itulah nama panjang PUTRAJAYA.

Sekali lagi Bangsawan Johor mengemudi Kerajaan Bangsa Johor.

Daulat Tuanku!

SALAM KELUARGA MALAYSIA.

Five (5) Life Itinerary to BLOCK Negative People

Five (5) Life Itinerary to BLOCK Negative People

1. Guard Your Time

Negative people can monopolize your time - even when they're not with you - if you’re not careful. It's easy to spend two hours dreading a one-hour meeting with a negative person. Combine that with two hours of venting to a co-worker after the meeting, and you've just given that person five precious hours of your time.

Don’t allow negative people to steal your time and energy. Rather than complain about people you don't enjoy, choose to strike up conversations about pleasurable topics. Similarly, instead of spending your commute thinking about how much you dislike that person you have to work with, turn on the radio and listen to music that reduces your stress. Take back your power by limiting the amount of time you spend talking about, thinking about, and worrying about unpleasant people.

Negative people should get the least of our time and energy, yet we often give them the most attention.

2. Choose Your Attitude

Spending time with negative people can be the fastest way to ruin a good mood. Their pessimistic outlooks and gloomy attitude can decrease our motivation and change the way we feel. But allowing a negative person to dictate your emotions gives them too much power in your life.

Make a conscious effort to choose your attitude. Create a mantra, such as, “I’m going to stay positive today despite the people around me,” and repeat it often to help you stay on track. Take a deep breath and decide that you're going to make it a great day, despite what others say or do.

3. Refocus Your Thoughts

Negative people often influence what we think about. Perhaps you're so distracted by your colleague's know-it-all attitude that you can't contribute productively to the meeting. Or, rather than think about how to improve your performance, you spend more time thinking about how upset you'll be if that unpleasant co-worker gets a promotion.

Pay attention to how your thoughts change when you're faced with negative people. The more time you spend dreading, fretting, worrying, and rehashing, the less time you'll have to devote to more productive things. Make a conscious effort to reduce the amount of mental energy you expend on negative people.

4. Choose to Behave Productively

Negative people can bring out the worst in us if we're not careful. Sometimes certain pessimists seem to have the power to raise our blood pressure, for one reason or another.  A normally calm, mild-mannered person may resort to yelling when he can’t take one more second of negativity. Or, after being surrounded by negative co-workers for hours, an optimist may find herself convincing others that the company's future is doomed.

Although it can be tempting to say, “She makes me so mad,” blaming others for your conduct gives them more power. When you act in a manner that isn’t consistent with your usual behavior, accept responsibility for it. Commit to controlling your emotional reactivity and staying true to your values, despite your circumstances.

5. Get Close with Positive People

It’s difficult to look on the bright side when you’re surrounded by negativity. Seek out positive people to keep you balanced. Just like negative people can rub off on you, a positive person can brighten your spirit.

Identify the positive people in your life. Proactively schedule time with them on a regular basis. A quick lunch with a jovial colleague or a family gathering that’s guaranteed to be filled with laughter can help you stay on track.

Decide that you're not going to allow negative people to determine how you think, feel, and behave. Take back your power and focus your time and energy on becoming your best self.

WHAT'S IN A NAME - BOOK BY NAZIR RAZAK (ARTICLE BY WCW THE STAR - MCA OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER)

Subject: A Book by Nazir Razak “What’s In A Name”

1.    Most of us are born into ordinary families but we have been taught from a young age that we have to protect the family name. It does not matter if we are rich or poor.

2.    Upholding the family honour involves worthiness, respectability, trust and social standing.

3.    In the case of Datuk Seri Nazir Razak, this is even more crucial.

4.    There were two prime ministers in his family. His father was the late Tun Abdul Razak and his eldest brother, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, was prime minister too.

5.    Razak’s brother-in-law was the late Tun Hussein Onn, who succeeded him (Razak) as prime minister.

6.    Nazir was not born into an ordinary lineage, unlike the rest of us, so it goes beyond the name, it is a legacy.

7.    Razak rebuilt the nation after the tragic racial riot of May 1969, formulated the New Economic Policy to reassure the bumiputras of their future and correcting the ethnic imbalance in the economy.

8.    A man of great foresight, he set on establishing diplomatic relations with China in 1974, in the midst of the Cold War, making Malaysia the first Asean country to do so.

9.    When Razak died two years later, at the age of 53, Nazir was only nine years old. Najib stepped into his father’s shoes, replacing him in the parliamentary seat of Pekan, in Pahang. He was then 23.

10. He went on to become Malaysia’s youngest Mentri Besar at 29 and eventually our sixth PM in 2009.

11. In Nazir’s words in his book: “Najib hit the ground running, offering wholesale transformation of the way the government and economy worked.

12. Yet, he also came into office caught in the horns of a painful dilemma.

13. “He sat at the top of a political party stuck in its ways, consuming vast amounts of cash to fund its system of patronage.”

14. Cash is king, Najib would say, but cash had to come from somewhere. The source of it is always the issue.

15. By 2013, the politics of money and patronage got worse when the 1MDB issue and now fugitive financier, Jho Low, entered.

16. With it, as more dirty details surfaced, monies allegedly originating from 1MDB arrived in Najib’s account before the 2013 elections.

17. The question if the money really came from Arab royalty or whichever donors has remained a matter of dispute.

18. While the book is about the Razak family, their values, legacy, bank career of Nazir, success of CIMB under his leadership, there is no doubt the gripping account of the 1MDB episode garnered the most interest, in particular the strained relationship of Nazir and Razak as the scandal worsened.

19. As Nazir began to ask questions about the scam, “Najib would have less and less patience with my questions. After a while, 1MDB became almost a taboo subject for us. I couldn’t get through to him and a couple of times, he even quipped that I must be jealous or just have a personal dislike of Jho Low.”

20. “The fact that 1MDB became a huge financial scam was probably the most blatant testament of a failing system. At the heart of that failure was the fact that the PM was simply too powerful; his actions easily avoided the scrutiny of his peers or public.”

21. People were just too afraid of the PM and his power, as Nazir wrote. This includes the people around him and those who used Najib’s name, for real or otherwise.

22. Not to forget the instruments of power such as the enforcement agencies and even the Inland Revenue Department, which are at the disposal of the PM and allegedly used to shut up critics.

23. At one point, the Razak brothers marched into Najib’s office at the Parliament building and demanded to know what was happening as “something fishy was going on” and “if it wasn’t dealt with, it could tarnish the family name and even bring down the government.”

24. It didn’t end there, as brotherly ties worsened, as Nazir revealed how he had to face a sudden torrent of fake news and innuendo in social media, where his children were subjected to vitriolic online abuse.

25. It was retribution from Najib’s camp, alleged Nazir, for an article he wrote, entitled “Remembering My Father” to mark Razak’s 38th death anniversary, which Nazir used to remind “everyone of the high standards my father demanded of himself when in public office, and to which we were expected to live with.”

26. Nazir also wrote about his relationship with his sister-in-law, Rosmah Mansor, which started well when the former was a student in Bristol, but “unfortunately the warm feelings didn’t last long. I soon began to worry that Najib’s power was intoxicating for her.”

27. “For Rosmah, life was very simple: you were either with them or against them. There was no middle ground. Criticism was tantamount to betrayal.

28. “Now at the Ramadan party, she grabbed Najib’s hand and looking straight at me said, loudly: “Don’t talk to him! He’s working against you and trying to topple you.’

29. “People turned to look. Najib tried to calm her down, and defend me. She was having none of it. Nor was she finished. She added, with more than a hint of venom; ‘I know what you’re up to. I have eyes. You had better watch out’.”

30. Caught off guard by the outburst, Nazir texted Najib to tell him “that would be the last event at this house I would attend since his wife was so openly hostile to me.

31. “To be fair, she was not entirely wrong, although my objective was to get to the bottom of what was going on at 1MDB, not to hurt Najib.”

32. In fact, Nazir, accompanied by Datuk Tong Kooi Onn, the owner of The Edge, met Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad in London, telling him that they believed “billions of dollars had gone missing from 1MDB.”

33. After an hour, Dr Mahathir looked at the two and asked: “Why is it me that has to do something about it? I’m retired.

34. “Well, sir,’ Nazir replied. “You have to do something because you made him Prime Minister.”

35. There was another clash following a news report about Jho Low’s property shopping spree in New York as well as Rosmah’s lavish spending.

36. The PM’s Office issued a statement that the purchases were not unusual “for a person of the prime minister’s position, responsibility and legacy family assets.”

37. It irked the brothers, as it implied the money came from family assets, and soon the brothers responded by issuing a response, to defend the family reputation.

38. But Najib didn’t take it well and called Nazir, saying: “How could you guys do this to me, embarrass me in public” and subject him “to a barrage of angry invective.”

39. The reality is that 1MDB has hurt the entire nation. Umno continues to be injured. The Razak family is torn and the legacy of Razak has been badly mauled, if not destroyed.
